Don't overthink chicken. You can sprinkle salt and pepper and it'll be delicious. I add tikka masala, lemon, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, chaat masala, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, chilli garlic sauce and honey. If you marinate it and let it rest for a bit it'll be soft and juicy. Bake in the oven for an hour or check if you think it's done.

Pehle mushroom sauce then kehte black pepper sauce then garlic sauce …but its cute. Zaara ..i love the way u speak that adab in your voice. Love from India 🇮🇳 One suggestion is to change your pans especially the one in which u made the sauce - that black thing coming off from the pan is really very unhealthy. Causes many health issues.
