Dear Rabbi, In the recent past I sent a very small donation, embarrassingly small. I am in the process of possibly loosing my home and looking for peace in Christ. I am afraid of the mailbox because it represents a continual influx of "bad news". Yesterday I braved the short walk and opened the box and in it was a package from you/ your ministry. I was not expecting anything for my meager donation and even feel it would not cover the gifts you sent. I began to cry tears of joy and gratitude! I began reading your book, which is so wonderfully easy and beautifully open I found myself relating rather than comparing. Now today you speak of things so relevant for me. I will just say, as a kid I was a fat cross country runner who always came in last but always finished. The time I tried a short race I took the lead and feeling confident I might actually win watched as my wind left me and I was passed easily by those that had paced themselves. LOL, as a 65 year old and wrestled the same time you did, I wrestled with the same mentality. Would build a lead in the first two periods, and hang on during the 3rd period. That mentality cost me in the 3rd period against higher ranked wrestlers. A hard lesson to learn, but now I see the implications as to how that relates in the spiritual realm.

Thank you so so much for this TIMELY word. .As I was listening through I'm realizing how impulsive I really am, how I rarely go by what the Holyspirit is telling me to do often out of fear, I go either way ahead or I lag behind but rarely in tune with His leading. The reality of spiritual warfare has really come to life through this broadcast, not that I wasn't aware of it but my life literally flashed before me as I was listening, because I do go to the stronghold but I also lose that focus very easily because of life's circumstances. Because I fight Multiple Sclerosis, I’m literally fighting my flesh just to walk from A to B. Muscle spasms have me walking like Frankenstein’s monster. So that’s when Satan attacks my mind too. If I didn’t have Jesus and the Father, the Word, a praying Godly wife, the Holy Spirit- I would have ended this game long ago. But they all keep me going. Even if all I’m able to do is putter in my garden and pray, I’m able to help feed my family and others and get guidance from my Lord. God has me working on promoting life. He’s making my garden grow. I just throw the components together but it’s God’s miracle of nature that makes the joy happen as I can harvest and share. If you want to learn about what a husbandman does, grow a garden with God’s guidance. If you want to learn about the relationship between the potter and the clay, take up hand building ceramic vessels. God talks very well through both mediums!

Could you pray for me. When I first truly repented I had a dream I was walking down a street with a man on my left and I knew I was going to be circumcised and it was going to hurt but I didn’t understand what was going on. My first job after that was painting a yellow house white down a street just like the one in my dream. Recently I had a dream where I saw a man standing next to that yellow house. He pushed it over and I heard a voice behind me say “You keep messing up.” There was no anger, just a fact. I believe the Lord was saying I keep failing to submit to His process and receive the circumcision of my heart. It’s just been hard because from “Go” I’ve had Christians telling me it’s the devil talking to me but God didn’t make me fall in love with Jesus and cry standing in church because I could see how beautiful His family is and all I wanted was to be welcome with Him and to know it was ok for me to be there. It was like I could see and hear how big God is and how deep His voice is and how no matter how big a man was and how deep his voice is he would always look and sound like a little boy to God. Shalom Jeniffer, As you listen carefully, Rabbi Schneider alternates back and forth between calling His name Jesus and Yeshua. Most of the world recognizes the name Jesus. Also, we are proclaiming Yeshua haMashiach as the Messiah of Israel as well as Jesus the Messiah as the savior of the world. Jesus is His Greek name, and Yeshua is His Hebrew name.
