the tradional carbonara doesnt have the cream. Carbonara is made mainly with eggs pancetta parmesan.

Try finishing the noodles by cooking them in the sauce. You can use a skillet pan on med-low heat add your sauce into the pan....let it warm up and then throw in a serving or two of noodles you just boiled that are still 1 or 2 minutes away from being done. Add some of the pasta water to teh mix...the starch in the pasta water thickens the sauce. Cook until the noodles are to your liking! Keep making awesome videos! CIAO!!!!!

Guys you are awesome, i truly think that you work hard for those marvelous trips. Nevertheless i have one question. Why you dont try to eat healthy? It is proven that people are influenced by groups of people and without knowing it they adopt the same habits. Thus it will be better for the audience to see you guys eating healthier. Is not that hard. For instance swap white pasta with wholegrain pasta; use greek yogurt instead of cream; use dark chocolate (at least 70% ), more fruits and so on. Nobody says that u must avoid at all cost the sweets, burgers and pizza. You can still eat them as a cheat meal. But bear in mind that you if you can influence people to eat healthier it will be awesome. Cheers
