Today we are in St Louis Missouri taking on a huge pasta challenge with the fried Ravioli's which define St louis cuisine as much as st louis bbq! Today we take on a 100 Ravioli challenge with a 60 minute time limit in a quest for a $150 free meal and a sweet t-shirt! A standard order is 6 ravioli to give you reference to how big this truly is! I’m from STL & the places that make everything in house like this one have the BEST TRAVS in the city! Someone should have told him to get a side of Ranch. Homemade Ranch with them is the bomb but even better yet is Ranch & Marinara (or meat sauce!) But the combo of the 2 is another experience all together! I know a lot of other cities now sell cheese filled TRAVS but the consistency of the meat hes talking about is most of the places use veal & use a mixer to make the filling & then fill with a pastry bag. The Hill where he’s at has around 30 plus different Italian restaurants & markets that also sell sandwiches, salads, pizza & pasta! All of them are traditional & delicious! It’s also parsley sprinkled on & in them to cleanse your palate not basil. 😅 Watching this makes me want some! Everyone traditionally asks for extra sauce & when I saw that bowl I knew it wasn’t enough 😂 I haven’t seen the ending but he’s making good time. I can eat 10 in about 10 minutes.
