I've just realised something very special. Most ASMR I just 'listen' to, but with yours, I can't - I have to 'watch', observe as each piece is crafted so painstakingly beautiful. I think he painstakingly recorded a separate audio recreating the sounds but using mics instead of candles. That also explains why there is no sound from the mechanism used to move the camera

I’ve got a double ear infection right now, so I’ve been unable to use airpods or earbuds. It’s incredible how well your audio transfers to iphone speakers. Le mec il aurait pu juste se filmer sur un fond noir en faisant exactement les m^mes bruits. Mais comme c'est un mec trop cool, il s'est fait chier à faire un magnifique décor, des mouvement de caméra, des cuts et des zooms. Imagine devoir tourner la vidéo sans les micro mais avec la gestuelle, sans se planter sur les enchainement, pas rigoler etc. Et devoir ensuite enregistrer la vidéo sans les visuels mais avec les bon son synchro avec la vidéo pour le coup, pareil, sans se planter, rater un enchainement ... Je vois beaucoup de commentaire sur la qualité exeptionnelle de l'audio mais on en parle de la qualité vidéo ? La caméra pivotante, la qualité de cette dernière également, quand les autres ont une simple caméra devant eux (ce qui est très bien je ne dénigre pas) et bien lui à cette caméra pivotante qui je trouve raporte un énorme plus au visuel de la vidéo, c'est bien plus agréable à regarder avec ce côté "immersif" que si c'était "simplement" fixe 😊
