@@sabbracadabra8367 I think she died from an accident in the apartment which was a result of the parents negligence and very likely sedating Madeleine in some way. I don't believe the parents deliberately tried to kill their daughter, however they succeeded through incomprehensible selfishness. The evidence of Eddie and Keela alerting behind the sofa strongly suggests madeleine suffered some sort of impact in that area.

The truth is out there. The problem is nobody ( By that I mean the McCanns, and so as time goes by now the British police don't really want to find out the truth). Blame and getting rid of anyone's reputation who even gets near the truth is the aim of the game, - use Mr Amerol as an example deterant and warning to anybody else to leave this case well alone. - The truth is not found because it is not in the McCanns interest to do so. Forensic analyst of their phones, technology now available could find out data, there is no will to do so. (Probably by now have convienantly got rid of the phones they had then, - could have been confiscated by the police and analysied, and any "real" evidence is got rid of. Any parent in that horrific situation who really wanted the truth, would not leave "any stone unturned" to find out what happened. Let me state again," no stone unturned."

Me too. Doctors seem to have some degree of immunity from suspicion thats led too many murders a.k.a Dhipman and in this case neglect and manslaughter or murder if they illegally sedated their daughter, indeed if they all sedated their kids it would be reckless endangerment and endangerment of life ( attempted murder) as well as willful neglect, and having intent, being concerned in and supply of a controlled substance to a child. Life sentence material in my opinion. the more responsibility you have in society then the more harsh your punishment must be, especially if you are responsible for the life and death of others, yet care not for your own kids.

They left their mobiles phones in their room, the room that was supposedly unlocked? Along with their passports, tickets, money, camera, house keys, car keys etc? Let alone the children, who leaves any of that stuff in a holiday apartment and doesn’t lock the door? The room had to be ‘unlocked’ because the window story didn’t fly, and the alleged kidnapper had to get in somehow.
@thomasreed49
@thomasreed49 7 ай бұрын
I’m fairly sure it’s confirmed the door was unlock. Agree with what you say about passport tickets money cameras et cetera who would leave them in a room unlocked just unbelievable nobody does that. I know British detectives were instructed to work on an abduction theory and under no circumstances must the McCanns be investigated. This comes from a now retired well respected Met detective. Only police Force investigating Gerry and Kate is the Portuguese police.

There was a comment one researcher made which I thought was very apt: Whatever the McCanns did, it was preferable to let the public think they were simply negligent parents than to let the public know the truth. Thanks for your reply and I will definitely try to find his book online. I have seen a KZbin video about it which gave me a good idea of it's content. I gather Kate wrote some pretty nasty things about him in her book, which for me, just re enforced how close he was to the truth, although I do disagree with him on one particular point. I have always tried to refrain from showing hatred towards the McCanns, as I think you would. Negative emotions are wasted energy, energy which is better used to focus on the positive. These phone records are really interesting. Especially Swansea. An MI5 intermediary? The PJ proved that nobody entered thru the bedroom window nor exited it. It had been opened only by Kate McCann (only her palm and finger prints were found on the window). All other doors were locked. There was therefore no 9 30 pm abduction. An abductor would have left footsteps traces on the bed and on the window sill in order to exit the bedroom window with a child. Nobody leaves their phones and children in an unlocked room. The sliding patio door was locked according to initial testimony. Amaral was all over this and he smelled a rat right from the beginning.

What sort of cold person is more interested in taking legal advice and employing PR people than helping the police in any way they can to find their missing child. Sheila I cannot understand why they never joined the search for Maddie. They went jogging, played tennis and on that day Gerry went driving around Lagos and Vil de Bispo for the whole day after he was advised by Scotland Yard that the dogs were to come over from UK. They both drove around and the blips from their phones gave them away. They were presumably in different cars. I didn't realise the had a car each. When Gerry returned late in the day and was asked what was he doing. He said he was researching for a golf course around the Vil de Bispo - why ? To play as they did with Tennis and the jogging to the old building they frequented. The area they were looking for a golf course was largely scrubland south of Monchique mountains. Peace ☮️ out

I believe the missing bag contained the child, who was then inserted into a 2nd bag, to transport the body. Once the disposal area was reached, the bag containing the child was removed from the outer bag, and disposed. The outer bag was then carried empty, and later used when the rental car was used. There had to be some bodily fluids in the missing blue bag that leaked onto to outer bag. That is why the dogs detected something in the rental car even days after the child went missing. That outer bag must have traces of bodily fluids left behind.

This is why they acted atypically for parents who just lost their child and can't find her. When you do something illegal or bad and you don't want to look suspicious, you try to act as normal as possible. You do your routine, go jogging, play tennis, things you normally would do, because you don't want to jump out as suspicious. But parents who just lost their child and had nothing to do with it typically go nuts, knock on every door, they are desperate and most importantly their vacation is over. Over. Mccans thought proces was, we have nothing to hide, we did nothing wrong, why wouldn't we continue as normal if we are innocent, i will go play tennis, you will go jogging and act as normal. I am sure, they had to be devastated, grieving, but they couldn't afford to show emotions for obvious reasons. Their atypical behavior gave them away. They forgot that they were supposed to be showing their feelings, even if all they felt was fear, still it would had been better. The other option was unacceptable for them. Go to prison, lose the job, lose the image, lose the twins.... Still, i can't believe how selfish their position was to deny their family of a closure and deny their first born of a burial. Is this how little they loved her, cared for her. They must be heartless just for not loving their child enough to bring her home where she belongs

Is it possible that David P called child abuse hotline to find out if there would be any legal repercussions for leaving their young children alone at night? Similarly, we’re the solicitor calls made because everyone was panicking about being found out they left their children under 5 alone?

It's hard to say, but certainly I think both phone calls indicate the McCanns (and possibly their friends as well) felt guilty about something and were concerned about the consequences. For me, what's interesting about the phone calls is the timing - mere hours after Madeleine was reported missing. Should they not still be too consumed with finding her at that point than trying to do damage control?

Why do the British Police not want to look into the parents so that if innocent they can be cleared and if guilty justice can be done. I have no problem with your sound at all. I have been attacked verbally for questioning aspects of the missing Madeline case. I think it’s important that the truth is unveiled as an innocent child is involved. I don’t know why but not many of those involved are transparent regarding what happened. Children, wife’s, husbands parents have come to harm and people who have done these things should not be permitted to just live their lives , as if nothing has been done.

The reason that the McCanns' friends, "the Tappas 9", were not transparent, and actively covered for the McCanns, should be fairly obvious. Several of them were doctors. Had the truth of what happened been revealed, the full extent of their child neglect and endangerment and possible use of controlled substances to sedate their children while they partied, would have become apparent. They probably all would lost their medical licenses permanently. Their very livelihoods, and financial security, were at stake.

Wait, wasn't she a doctor? One of my children I nicknamed named hurricane in my mind--she had crazy episodes and we had to endure them. We didn't know what to do. Ten years later, i still don't know how we survived that. But if it's true she was crying 18 hours a day... Look at the food. I works suspect severe food allergies that present in behavior rather than physical ills. If i had to do it over, I'd put my daughter on an elimination diet. I thought it was a bit new age at the time or exaggerated, but now i have a better understanding. Also, they have twins that are younger than Madeleine. My first born was thoroughly traumatized at another baby coming along. I just imagine twins being 100% harder for a toddler to adapt to. Any parent of twins will tell you two babies seems like ten as far as baby demands just going non stop. Madeleine could have felt utterly abandoned, through no fault of her parents. And then to have Madeleine still being a toddler, that's another baby. No one would judge a parent being over their limit. I had never heard about Madeleine's behavior. This truly is the first time i have ever been able to entertain something happening at the hands of the parents, or a bizarre accident. When my daughter had her episodes, I would hold her so she wouldn't throw herself down the stairs, she was that out of control. In my case, ironically, those evenings i just couldn't go on with my explosive daughter, i would think of all those poor parents in the world with a dead or a kidnapped child that would give anything for a moment i was having where they could hold and attempt to comfort their child. It's the very thing that got me through it. My baby is 15 now and delightful, moody teen, but delightful.

@dancingappaloosa8926 7 ай бұрын
Thank you for sharing this. I found what you shared about your experience really poignant and moving. It's beautiful that you were able to put your daughter first and got through those difficult times by thinking of the many parents who would give anything just to be able to hold their children again. This kind of made me tear up and I really admire your approach! You've raised a good point about Madeleine possibly feeling abandoned when the twins came along. I believe this is quite common for children around her age when they get siblings. One thing is for certain, Kate & Gerry certainly felt as if they had their hands full with these three children and things were not always rosy behind the scenes. Now, that doesn't mean that what happened to Madeleine was intentional or that they didn't feel pain and grief afterwards, but I simply do not believe theirs are the actions of parents who put their children first, not at all. Not the way you so obviously do with your daughter. I'm glad you are now enjoying being the mother of a delightful teen! 😊

There are some red flags on this case. 1 They did not look for Maddie the night she went missing . They slept while many people search all night. 2 they played tennis the next day and went jogging. 3 comment in Kates book about poor Maddie genitals being torn apart. What mother would even think that. 4. The Gasper statement . They were on holiday with the McCanns and Tapas seven at another time. They overheard David Payne and Gerry talking about Maddie . David asking if Maddie would do this putting his finger in and out of his mouth. 5 having dinner the next day with Clement Fraud a known paedophilia. 6 Gerry’s comment ( ask the dogs ) 7 Kate’s refusal to answer any questions . 8 leaving 3 children all under 5 with the doors unlocked. 9. The invasion of police from uk. 10 Kate saying a couple had taken her . Gerry said a paedophile had taken her. How did they know. There are many more too many to mention. They are guilty as sin.

I completely agree; I believe as well that little Mad. was killed on Tuesday. Apparently it was babysitting services available in the resort but the Mac. refused to use. It was a nursery as well where the parents used this services to have some time free for them self’s and for the children to interact.. what they call; happy time.. Every time this services was used ; one of the parents need to sign the book to register the child in and out and the time as well. The book was signed for Little Mad, but she was not there that day. Gerry had a sports bag that he used to use to play Tennis, Gerry couldn’t explain where was that bag, (sadly disappeared.) The bag that they used to transport the little body 😢. They should have let Portuguese police( P. J.) to carry on, first they believe the parents but soon they realized it was many peace’s missing in the puzzle. No prints , no where in the flat. For some one who kidnapped a child ; can not fly. Some where must be something. The windows have blinds , more than one meter from the ground, no windy blowing that day etc. etc.

It's incredibly unprofessional, and narcissistic to insinnuate that some other creator who has spent years, more than this creator has, trying to uproot the truth beyond the McCann's lies. I have this gut feeling: If the McCanns hired a car 3 weeks, or whenever it was after after poor Madeleine died, and cadaver dogs on the car had picked up her scent, I suspect they were in a real hurry to hide and bury her forever, imagine if they had been caught? Hiding a body in a car would be a risky business. I suspect she is buried within a 10 - 15 mile radius of the resort. I suspect it's in a small town, with a maze, so as not to draw attention to themselves, possibly buried under a house. Just my gut feeling, It would be a place they have been back to a few times.

First thing is the fact that all the couples were leaving the kids not just one or two. That to me is very strange. Why not bring the kids for a bit or get babysitters? Sounds like it was something they always did. Maybe this was a planned event if Madeline was already gone.Most family holidays abroad are centered on bringing your children with you. These couples weren't teenagers. Also the words of Gerry Mc Cann on the bus at the airport saying we are not here for a fing holiday. I just found this so strange to even say that and to curse in front of the kids. Also I always felt even though Robert Murat had cleared his name there was more to this part of the story. When Gerry was asked if he knew him beforehand he wouldn't say. Also the efits looking like the Podestas was that planted and when the woman efit came out they suggested it looked like Victoria Beckham how weird was that. Also how would the intruder get around the cots without waking the twins and know Madeline was in the other bed. To me it looked like Madeline hadn't slept in the bed. If it was cold the blankets would be up around her given Portugal gets cold at night. If it was warm she would of been wriggling in the bed. The bed looked very uncreased. Also if your going abroad you usually use a safe to store your passport and camera. There's were strewn around the table in the pictures. Also if they had mobiles why didn't Kate ring them in the tapas bar from the room. If you knew there was an intruder why chance leaving the twins again even for 10 mins. Also if you were a Dr you'd protect the scene and forensics. Why take the cat? If it was an intruder wouldn't they take something to help her calm down if they were going to keep her alive. Seems strange if you were kidnapping kids you wouldn't take all the kids.

For someone used to dealing with patients, and who therefore addresses all kinds of people daily, his stuttering, vagueness and contradictions, when being interviewed by the police, should have alerted them to the fact that a highly unreliable story was being sold to them. If the police had been serious about getting to the bottom of the case, David Payne should have been repeatedly questioned, and confronted with his deceptive language, extreme nervousness, and inconsistencies.

Sheila, Greetings from Ireland. Your videos are very well researched and have opened up so many cans of worms. There is no doubt the parents were involved in poor Maddies death. But when you examine the actions of David Payne,it takes on a whole new life. He seems to know of child abuse involving Maddie...this is really disturbing

Can anyone get access to the PJ files? Are they on the internet? Or how did you gain access to those and other records you analyse. I've read the transcript of this video (which manages to garble your excellent diction) and now I want to understand what you actually said. I think you drew some interesting inferences from MM's parents' behaviour and in particular their phone deletions.

Yes, the PJ files are absolutely fascinating and they are available to anyone to look as Portuguese law allows them to be made public once a case has been archived. You can browse to your heart's content here: mccannpjfiles.co.uk/ Let us know what you find!

So the 2nd half backed up what I thought in the first half - that MM's parent were acting so fishily the PJ would have been remiss not to name them suspects (arguidosl. Strange the UK police did not cooperate over the Swansea landline & caller, besides the mob used. I'd have liked to Google the area near Spain that tied in with the Swansea calls. If you see no harm in the location etc being disclosed you might spell out the name of the place.

What great work you have undertaken. When Mark Williams thomas investigated Christian Breukner he only spoke of a phone ping which was from CB phone. Interesting because the Mcanns hired Williams thomas. I find it strange the amount of phone activity on their holiday when the purpose of a holiday is to have a bit of peace and quite, especially as they were doctors considering the stress of the work. Also why didn't the PJ search that area from the note they found. I think there is now evidence to charge the Mcanns. Justice for Maddie, the truth will out.

Deleting calls and messages seems to be what a lot of people do before, during and after they have committed or been part of a serious crime. Even turning off phones can be a red flag. Thank you so much for your research based on factual evidence. NB: I think 'whoosh clunk' is the sound some phones make during permanent deletion of data.

Ive heard that GerryMc Cann was working on a Committee for the Government, regarding the safety for public health of Nuclear Energy. Many wealthy people have shares in Nuclear Energy. It was said that the last Queen had a significant amount of wealth invested in nuclear energy. Gerry Mc Canns position would then be very powerful, due to the reports he was said to have written on the Nuclear Industry and the effect of Nuclear Power on the health of the British Polulation.

Did Kate & Gerry use their own phones when they called family and friends in the UK to tell them a made up story about Madeleine being abducted?
@dancingappaloosa8926
@dancingappaloosa8926 7 ай бұрын
We don't know for certain as the PJ were never able to get their hands on detailed records from the mobile service providers. They applied to Court for this but the request was denied on privacy grounds. It seems as though Kate & Gerry sometimes used their own phones and sometimes used those of their friends and pay-as-you-go disposable phone numbers too.

@@dancingappaloosa8926 Correct. they couldn't obtain detailed records however they knew the McCaans were being deceitful solely because both Gerry & Kate deleted their phone call history over the time of the so-called abduction. This was revealed when Kate forgot to delete one phone call to Gerry, showing as a call made (duration not sure, but in the PC files) and his phone showed no record of the call.

Listening to the video & reading the transcript, I am now 35 minutes in, where KM received a Swansea landline call. Insp Diaz seems to have accepted it as a 'wrong number'. Since KM didn't delete it along with all the other calls she did delete, you say it must have been of significance to her. So by whom & why was that Swansea landline called back later - from Luz and from a UK mob not connected to any of the McCanns' tapas group. I think it was not a wrong number, that KM herself called it back and took the crafty precaution of using a UK mob belonging to someone unconnected (unsuspecting) to her and her tapas friends. Investigation should be carried out into whose phone the unconnected UK mob was, were they aware of who made the call to Swansea on it, & most significantly who owned & answered the Swansea landline.
@dancingappaloosa8926
@dancingappaloosa8926 7 ай бұрын
Thanks for your comment! I do go into that call a little more later in the video. It seems as though the Portuguese police tried to follow up the Swansea number, as well as the UK mobile which was in contact with it, but received no cooperation from the British authorities. I'm not sure how fully either side has investigated it though...

@dancingappaloosa8926 Thanks for your response. Another 'tell' that the UK authorities don't want to clarify the Swansea call. You are doing good work on this case. I plan to listen & read the next half-hour very closely. I found your 4th video, but when I finish this 3rd one, shall look for the first two, to follow your line of thought. I may or may not have come across Richard C Hall's work on this case, can't remember. But I tend not to take much notice now of anything over a year old, ie. prior to the German suspect. Now I can see he may well be a red herring. My earliest reactions were that the McCs were fishy - as if a caring mother would wash their missing child's cuddle toy. For what it's worth I was married to a Portuguese so lived there (Lisbon & in the countryside near Porto for some years). They're not fools & would of course have been suspicious of parents leaving children & their valuables in a holiday apartment, unlocked & out of sight. BTW too, I picked up a book on children 'used & abused' in Dickens' day, written by a woman who was one of the McC's tapas group; curious that, I thought. ☘️

I think the poor child did die in the apartment as so many people now do, the one thing no one talks about Is how and Who got her body from the apartment, was Gerry or Kate missing for any amount of time and enough time to take Madeleine’s body somewhere 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes it is important to look at this. People believe the parents to be involved in the cover up but can't quite get their heads around how they achieved the concealment of Maddie when the whole area was subject to an incredibly thorough search. It wasn't just the police looking, many members of the public joined in as I understand it. If Gerry was carrying Madeline when seen by the Smith family, surely the area where he was heading would be the first place the authorities would look upon being informed of the sighting. It's difficult to explain how the parents pulled the whole thing off when there was such a massive operation in place.
