Labeling tip I recently learned. You can actually write on your glass jar or container with a permanent pen. It scrubs off with soap and water. But stays on while in the refrigerator. Your soup looks delicious.

I use both because I have to use plastic with my job. I work at a psych hospital and my desk is behind a secure permitter. Behind there we can't have glass and metal. My husband walks to work and glass can be heavy sometimes. We use glass more for storage of leftovers and such in the fridge.

I use glass containers for food that I'm freezing or reheating but I'll use plastic for food that is pantry items, like crackers or nuts etc. I really avoid heating food up in plastic, it's so bad for you. I loved this video 😊

I tried the broccoli and mushroom soup after such rave reviews. I would say if you aren't much a fan of lemon in savoury meals, omit it, or half the amount. I felt like it was too overpowering. Otherwise delicious 😋, will make again!

I've recently discovered your channel and it's become one of my favorites. I really love watching your food videos but I also love that your channel is about so many other things too. I've been vegan for a few years and I don't have any vegan friends or family so youtube helps me feel not alone in that regard. I have gone back and watched some of your older videos, but I am curious about your stance on animal products like wool. I have been trying to remove those items from my life but I have seen some vegans online specifically talk about second hand leather and wool as being better than the new fast fashion. I shop primarily at thrift stores, but I get hung up on this topic and would love to hear your thoughts. I hate the idea of veganism being so exclusive everyone on the outside is put off.

Did you address the use of plastics in your book? I can't recall. Personally I try to avoid it, especially with food. Of course glass can break and chip but it's so much less harmful to the planet, humans, and animals. As a mom, I don't feel comfortable adding any more micro plastics into my child than he gets just existing in a large city.
