You have many strong points, and one of them is you sense which word you need to stop and explain to us, nonnative speakers, which no other teachers on You tube do. That is grrrrrrrreat!!!

Mike from Toronto: You are a proud Canadian and you should stay in Canada. If Calgary is too cold, why don't you come to Toronto. Keswick and East Gwillimbury located just north of Toronto with very affordable house to buy and have a good life is a good idea. A nice house with 60X250 ft lot is around $600,000. I live there and I am happy. I moved to Toronto from Los Angeles in 1993. It was very difficult at the beginning but I got used to this kind of weather. Thiland is a good country but it's not worth it to live far from home.
