Saw Madeon live.. Been listening to his music since I was 14.. Been a dream to see him live and I finally did.. He will be massive in the future.. I reckon he'll move onto more trance style of music though, along with the same kinda music as Porter Robinson and Zedd. Nice and sad to see him get bigger and bigger in the music industry, was always nice complimenting him and getting a thanks in return, but doubt he see's most of them let alone replies to them nowadays. At least many others have realised what a talent Madeon is and they can enjoy his music like I did and still do. :')

StrewnWobble Nothing special, its still early days for him but his live show wasn't amazing. He mixed a little and mashed his songs somewhat but listening to this online or even just watching his beatpad video is more impressive and immersive. Although I saw him at a main stage so I imagine he would be better at a smaller venue. Hopefully he gets better with experience.

You can create the cloud effect with Particular in After Effects, I would use Optical Flares at the top of that diamond to add a bit stronger of a light glare effect. I love after effects, I love cinema 4D

Am i the only one not really understanding electro tracks that have too many different synths, too many effects and more generally speaking, too much "stuff" going on ? Don't get me wrong, i like madeon's music, and this is a good song. But to me, this is the musical equivalent of a michael bay movie : too many things exploding in your face, fancy designed blips and swips and twips put together... not really coherently, they're just there to give the song a dynamic, and rythm variations. But in the end, the only melody i'm gonna remember is the chord progression. Let me listen to the song a second time *hears the song* Never mind, the lead thing at 00:48 is cool, and "rememberable". But for the rest, i still think this kind of music is overproduced, and the complexly designed synth breaks, vocal shots and so on do not add anything interesting to the song itself. Now don't spit on me people, like "OMGZ U SUX if u no like madeon is the best shuutp faggt your tast in music is horible". *This is just my opinion*. Or maybe i just don't like the "pop genre" this kind of electro is based on. Subjectivity, tastes. Eh.

I think its kind of the essence of the modern electro. It's like saying there's too much bass in dubstep. It's exactly what it is. Nothing wrong with it. For me, this track is way too busy and up-beat for my likings. Guess my taste changed a bit over the last time Madeon released a track which was ages ago :P
