i love that you did all 3 workouts back to back with us instead of doing each exercise once then telling us to repeat the video 2-3 times

I loved this structure - when I have to repeat the same structure after doing an entire round I find I dread it more LOL but once we do three in a row and move onto the next, it flew by for me!!

I'm a beginner and started 15 20 min workouts at home. I find your videos very helpful and structured. I like that you can see the timing, nice music in background, simple exercises with little amount of equipments. And 15 20 min in the morning is not a lot of time so it's easy to find time to do these. Thank you for your work 😊

I’ve been doing this for about two months now and I feel like I see some progress!! Before I would just do regular booty burn workouts but they seem to never work so adding weights to really build up my glutes is amazing. Please Maddie make more of these workouts just like this one. It really helps me out and I can take my time to get my form right.

I dislike repeats in cardio because I get bored. Surprisingly, this structure worked for me. It gives me a chance to correct my form over reps. And as always, Maddy’s reminders about form are much appreciated.

This is my fav type of structure for leg day. It’s nice to focus on one exercise at a time and then after 3 rounds we are done with it! Also love the calf incorporation. I really gotta work more on those calves!

I love the structure of this workout. 3 rounds back-to-back of the same exercise make me feel like I’m maxing out each muscle group. Length of the video is also perfect. 20 minutes always feels attainable.

Please do more of these three time repeating workouts! We can really get the hang of the form and feel the intense work this way. It feels very strengthening and less frenetic than lots of different moves in one workout.

I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

I’m a day behind but am catching up with two workouts today. Loved this, I didn’t feel rushed. It’s at your own pace and I love how you make sure we’re doing each workout correctly.

I’ve been meaning to comment on this video: I do this workout every Saturday, 1.5 times, I LOVE this setup! I wish there were more home leg/glute day workouts designed like this so with that being said, Maddie can you PLEASE make an updated glute/leg day designed like this, pretty please? Preciate u!

Really enjoyed how this workout was structured. I was able to slow down and focus on the movement, my form, and muscle group I was targeting. Slowing down a little allowed me to use heavier weights, which felt great. Thank you for remembering our calves! Mine were screaming by the end of the third set. Thank you!!

I've bee using your videos for about 2 months now and I really like them. It definitely helped me get started and back into working out. Your workouts actually make me feel like im working the right muscles. I like the way this one was structure because mentally when you do three sets it makes you feel like your doing a complete work out, at least for me. I would like to see more videos that are longer and more intense for people who are trying to build muscle and get lean.

This workout was a great complement to one of your core and arm no repeat workouts… I love a great at home workout that doesn’t require much time or equipment, and I was able to hit the full body in about 40min with both videos. Thank you 🙏

I love this structure! it made me focus much more on performing the exercise well. First time I need to understand and find my shape, then by the second and third time I have mastered the exercise. Well done! :)

I love the instruction on body form. The simple tweaks really help to target where you're actually working out. Bit too simple for what I'm looking for but it's always a refresher to go back to basics and really focus on form!

2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 3: Complete ✅ I used light weights, because I haven't done much weighted lower body before and I didn't want to do anything crazy right out of the gate (also, my knee was bothering me just a bit today). I'm trying to say a compliment about myself for each day I finish in this program. If you want to join, I'd be happy to read your comments down below 👇🏻 My compliment for the day: I'm very happy that I'm doing better at caring about my body and listening to what it needs from me from day to day. I'm being kinder to it and learning to work on my relationship with it. So kudos to me for making friends with my own body, so to speak. It's been a bit of a journey from the abuse I suffered in my childhood that caused me to neglect my own self-needs for much of my life. But my body is beautiful and I'm continually in awe at how strong and enduring it is, now that I've begun paying attention to it. To more healing and better self-relations 🙏🏻

This is one of my favorite lower body workouts! Love the structure of exhausting one muscle and then moving onto the next! Makes it go by so much faster I feel like!

Thanks Maddie! I think this one wasn’t as challenging as the other lower body workouts so if you’re looking for the more challenging one, I’d suggest you try the 30 minute one instead ❤️

I don't know anything about anyone that did this workout but for me it worked that good that some girl friends said that my butt looks really nice and they would touch my butt from time to time 😂 it was when I did it constantly for a month. Thank you Maddie!

Doing each workout 3x in a row rather than doing each one as part of a set repeating really helped me focus on form but also get through the workout!

I love 3 sets in a row before moving on. It's how I worked out in the gym but I've cancelled my membership for home workouts. I like repetition and I think muscles enjoy it too.

Really like doing the exercise three times in a row. Normally the first one is doable, then when the second and third time, I can really feel where I’m weak. Working through this is satisfying, and definitely want to try this again, to increase my strength. Since the legs are the largest, I was already sweating from the first reps. Excellent workout Thank you 🏋🏽‍♀️

Love this structure! A great leg day workout. The exercises were all effective and I enjoyed that we did them 3x in a row so that we could really focus on form.

Yes love the repeated weight exercises do more of these but doing full body as upper body needs a workout too. 👍🌞

I can't sit down on the toilet, but it's fine.... :) Seriously, though - it was a great one and I'm glad I can feel all of my muscles. I paired this one with a 15-min arms.
