Hey bro! There is a lot of mods so you control whether its is or not! But I highly recommend it very fun!

Depending on what you´re looking for and what you consider "realistic". In terms of racing simulation it´s one of the best games out there, there are more "realistic" and hardcore games out there like IRacing, but this one requires a monthly subscription and paying for almost everything in the game. In Assetto as many have pointed out, you can mod it however you want totally FREE, making it an even better game. It has very good physics to begin with and the base content isn´t bad at all, it´s really worth it and often goes on sale on Steam.

Because traffic lobbys (if you mean servers), the owner put specific cars you can use in their servers! These cars you can use them in single mode in any way on any map and you can get traffic mod (2REAL traffic planner) and use it on single player!
