Today people have forgotten the true teaching of Bhagat Gita, believe in fasting and feasting. Wearing new dresses and gathering in Pandals. Taking their selfie. Visit temples even visit ISCON temples but don't follow their teachings. I accidentally came across "Bhagat Gita as it is" and when I read through it I just became a follower of ISCON. I listen to your bhajan every day with full concentration by closing my eyes. By bhakti lord is convenient to be connected than by knowledge. or any other means. Thanks to ISCON that raised my inner feelings. Thought I am in my family life following my duty but rest of my leisure time I remain in bhakti of Lord and sometimes doing gardening along with my children. I realised all materialistic achievements are meaningless it doesn't give mental satisfaction.

Please accept my humble obeisances Pr. I m writing in response to your comment abt keeping beard. Please do take it in a positive spirit. Madhav Pr is a very advance devotee in iskcon , especially known for his love and absorption in the holy name which makes humbler than a straw on a street. I accept srila Prabhupad's instruction abt not keeping beard , but we are no one to instruct or comment him regarding this. This matter is outside our area of influence. Just like moon is known for its beauty , but if we focus on its black spots , we won't be able to fully appreciate it's splendor. Prabhuji is chanting the holy name from past many years under the guidance of legendary HG Aindra pr and even b4 we may have started chanting the hare Krishna mahamantra , so such things are nothing in comparison to his commitment and dedication towards the holy name . Our focus should be only towards how nicely he is broadcasting lords names across the planet. Many people are accepting the holy name because of him. I hope you have taken it in positive spirit. Krishna likes when his Devotees are glorified but he becomes equally sad when someone alleges his beloved devotees. Hare Krishna
