How do you take out the Fuels Pump Assy from the engine? How many nut have to open ? I saw 1 at the timing pulley and another 2 at the back of the fuel pump assy.

The return line should only go when the injector is firing. And the impulse to the injectors will start only when there is the required pressure in the ramp to start. At least 300 bar.

So he blocked off the one injector that stuck open and get the rest of the injectors to spray. This also builds up the common rail pressure to spec.

@@madinadiesellab Good evening I have the same problem with my 2kd 2004, my 2kd does not want to start, I did the same test on my injectors the pressure of the gas coming out of the injectors is very low. and in addition it displays the code p0400. I sent my injectors tested, the owner of the shop told me that my injectors are correct, according to the results they are at 150 bars or 200 bars I believe.
