The tragedy in Yemen 🇾🇪 in my opinion is the attempt to stop the knowledge of Islam. In the USA 🇺🇸 I applied to the Saudi Islamic funded school in Virginia. I drove from NJ to Virginia, along the way stopping for fuel ⛽ I ran into some brothers that were on the same path. Well I took the test and was accepted, alhamduallah. Now I go to Virginia to find a job and housing for my family .Found both, put $2500 deposit on a beautiful apartment near the school. Then what happened? The USA 🇺🇸 government shut the school down. If you notice where people would go to study , those places have been destroyed or it's becoming difficult to go there. So my Allah continue to bless the Muslims in their pursuit of knowledge, ameen.

SubhanAllah I always wondered what happened to that university. I don’t think I was born when it was open here but after I started practicing I came across something about it only to find out it was closed. Nowadays the mainstream “dawah” in the US is sketchy to say the least.

i was near kabba at night time when brother abu taimiyah is doing tawaf as nearest to kabba and telling someone on mobile phone *hey this is the nearest place to the kabba where i am and he was very excited and he was pushing the wheel chair of brother who has long curly hairs*. And i recognized him and ask him akhi are you abu taimiyyah he said yes i said i am also abu taimiyyah

May Allah bless you brother. I wish I was given this advice about having a personal teacher to help guide you 10 years ago. The benefit I've attained in 2 years under the tutelage of a student of knowledge is more than I benefit I learned in previous 8 years. Hearing the reminder of trying to Memorise the Quran was needed for me to as this is something I have always made as a side thing . Just in time for Ramadan. May Allah make us of those who work towards memorizing the Quran or at the very least all of its ahkam

Every event of one's life is being carefully designed, prepared by Allah swt to where he wants you to arrive. We do not always see the wisdom of the events that brought us to our destination.On my journey I was a juvenile delinquent.Poor financially and academically .I got into trouble by the police & left school with no GCSE. I was caught stealing cars . The judge told me if I was caught in a car again I would be going to jail . I could not get a job as I had a criminal record. I then decided to go to college and do my GCSE again . I got to A LEVELS but struggled with them . My chemistry teacher said I would never attain an A. I worked really hard and got the A . Every step of my life I received the right lessons that I needed to where Allah swt wanted me to arrive . I got to university and became a dentist . Before studying islam I used to think it was my shear grit and determination . Now I realize I was on a journey that was being carved out for me by my creator . I take no credit for the work I put in but thank my creator for guiding me even though I was not aware of the guidance . Now I'm trying to learn more about islam and reading the Quran .I only shared this with you as you should never despair in the events of one's life one dosnt always know the wisdom or hikmah behind them . We have the ability to reflect.Reflection is of fundamental importance. May Allah swt guide you all and guide our sheikh Abu Tammiyah on his life journey of studying and teaching .Ameen

I am a Muslim from أهل السنة والجماعة but when the Sheikh started insulting Shias at around 30:00, it kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Nobody denied the malign influence of iran in the Middle East, especially when it comes to exacerbating sectarian tensions. But the Khaleej, especially Saudi and Emirati are not free of sin. Iran will answer for what they have done, but how can any sane Muslim support the bombing of innocent Muslims in Yemen at the hands of Saudi and Emirati planes? There are Sunnis who live in Yemen too you know...Sheikh please don’t become a mouthpiece for the Saudi government. Remember what Allah (SWT) did with firaun, that is how those royals are acting these days....

He only treated the students in that way, not regular people. You have to remember, *proper* students of knowledge are different to normal people and unless they are pushed, will never reach their lofty ambitions. Its much harder to memorise *volumes* of books with a teacher who is easy on you than a teacher who you know will humiliate you if your memorisation isn't perfected
