Highly interesting and extremely important insights into how engine companies and leads approach a fire. Many think they just show up, pull hoses and start spraying the fire. Not the case, with any fire and multiple companies there always needs to be team leads, protocols followed and an advance plan. We know due to the very volatile nature of Fire, plans can change quickly especially within potentially dangerous situations. The Mansard roof element as discussed in this recap video reveals this. These companies awareness on site per planning and safety, along with dicussins on what can be improved are a testament to their safe and efficent firefighting.
