While it could need some polishing, it's a really good cover! I love that you made one of precisely this OST (Madoka Magica is my favorite series) and just how well your lyrics go with the melody; the other only cover I could find made the lyrics independent from the original, so this one is my favorite! Also, about the lyrics: it's really cool that they repeat each other throughout the song, which does fit Homura perfectly. Thanks for sharing this cover, can't wait to see how much you'll improve! Also, will you do more Madoka Magica covers?

Thanks for commenting! I’m glad you liked it! The story behind this, which I also put in the description, is that I wrote this one night when I was 15 (I’m currently 21). I always wanted to sing and post it, but I never knew when the right time was, and I was always too not confident in myself to pull it off the way I could hear it play out in my head. When I saw that there was news coming out about the new movie, I wanted to get it released sooner than later! I don’t know if I’ll ever do more Madoka Magica covers - the lyrics come when I’m listening to music on repeat, and I don’t listen to the OST very often anymore- but I do have a Deltarune one I’m trying to get the confidence to sing and post! So be on the lookout for that!

I have tons of written covers (especially of Madoka Magica OSTs) but don't have neither the age and time nor the resources and skill to post them and make a cover... yet. So I guess I'll wait. Your story is pretty relatable, so thanks for telling. And, about your future covers... I'll stay on the watch and listen to the ones that catch my eye. You have so much potential, so I bet you'll get better in no time!
