She couldn't unwish it, and plus I think Homura was lonely prior (I think it was confirmed that she was an orphan. It wasn't mentioned if she had any friends at the hospital either.) to meeting Madoka, and Homura meeting Madoka was one of the happiness moments of her life. So that's probably a reason why she wanted to redo their meeting, and protect her.

As for Madoka’s voice actor. I think she’s slightly better in K-ON But compared to Cristina where I need to listen to her for 3 minutes to find out if it’s her when it’s a series I don’t know I instantly notice when she’s a character I’ve seen before. @@johnmorrell3187 Evidence for? My evidence against is that Mami doesn't want to be alone and now has Nagisa, Kyoko and Sayaka are besties as Kyoko always intended but couldn't manage. Sayaka gets to hear Kyosuke play, all while not being heartbroken about it, she didn't erase her maturity. In addition to dealing with the Wraith issue herself, since other MGs have their powers suppressed to have a happy, normal lives (unless that's specifically the girls of Holy Quintet?) The only person that we know of where this gets sticky is with Madoka, who would've continued to hurt herself, literally forever, unless Homura helped her. It's like a mental patient that won't stop clawing his own skin off, the straight jacket is appropriate for him. Ironically, this makes Madoka the mental patient and Homura the Nurse. Now yes, what Madoka is doing is saving people, but is it really? When people are saved, they become part of the Law of Cycles, as evidenced by the Witch Card of Oktavia for Rebellion. Madoka is destined to have her soul split in half, causing her to not exist but for the Grief God and Hope Goddess to be born, with the latter being given Madoka's memories. Would this not erase everyone else as well? Thus not be helping?

@@wilderbeast9368 Here is the thing, even if Homura is right, she isnt doing it for the right reasons, Madoka made the ultimate selfless action, Homura the ultimate selfish one. Homuras wish was to save Madoka, which Madokas wish directly went against by basically erasing her own existence for the sake of others. Both sacrifice themselves for others, yes. But Madoka takes in the weight of the world while the only thing Homura cares about is Madoka, at least in the original series, she was ready to kill Madokas best friend there if it prevented Madoka from being sad and becoming a Magical girl. She created a "perfect" world in the end mostly for Madoka, not for any of the others. The others are only there for Madoka. Yes maybe she "likes" the others, she at least doesn't hate them, but I have no doubt Homura would sacrifice everyone else for Madoka if she had to.

Wilderbeast I think Homura, in theory, did nothing right. But the things she do aren’t morally white either. She’s just selfish, and all of her actiona focus around Madoka. Yes she tries to save Madoka from her cycle of pain (which IS a good thing, and is morally right). And the amount of suffering she had to endure might be an excuse to what she did at the end of Rebellion. But, that does not change the fact that she created a rather broken world. Also she accepts that she’s a demon. Even Homura doesn’t think Homura is right.

it might be because I'm missing something since it's been a while since I've watched Rebellion, but from what I can recall Kyubey says (in the anime) that the soul gems are their "real bodies", so to speak and their "bodies" are merely vessels and cannot feel pain. So why does Mami (unsuccessfully might I add) try to stop Homura from gunning herself? Do their bodies still cease to function if they die under normal circumstances? (Like shooting through the brain or being pierced through the heart)
