It's called repetition and muscle memory. Also, there is nothing wrong with lip syncing while dancing. I agree with Ty Choi, lip syncing saves her so much more energy.

Girl Gone Wild, Revolver and Hung Up are TOTALLY pre-recorded, they sound the same at every night (I know I saw the MDNA Tour tree times). She is miming those tree songs, along with Give Me All Your Luvin, Vogue and some part of Celebration.

Yes she does. She mimed zero songs on the Virgin Tour, zero songs on the Who's That Girl Tour, sang to a backing track on Express Yourself and Vogue on Blond Ambition, the spoken songs on the Girlie Show she just let the album versions play: justify my love and erotica. Actually most pop stars when they first come out, the first one or two songs are usually helped with backing tracks. This is because of the effect on the performer to the initial applause, it can be so loud even with ear monitors in sometimes they can't hear themselves. Madonna in her later tours does sometimes use backing tracks, but this woman delivers like no other performer. She sings plenty of songs live and dances her ass off. And her creativity is unmatched.

It's easier to say which one are not live. GGW in my opinion is not live but the mic is open and sometimes she sings over the pre-recorded track. Revolver and Hung Up are with a vocoder and autotune. Gang Bang is surely live only during the first lines and in the spoken parts. GMAYL is with a vocoder too. Vogue is totally lip-synched and Celebration is live, but some parts are sang by the choristers...

I couldn't believe it neither I was @ Amsterdam concert it sounded really live but when I saw her performance @ Abu Dhabi at the end of the GGW breakdown dance when the dancer suppose to give her the mic except of grabbing it she accidentally threw it away and you saw her looking a bit embarrassed becuz her vocals where still going on
