Surprising that you never heard of this classic of her catalogue...She made it clear since early in her career that she has always been been inspired by latin & black american culture. She has often surrounded herself with them as collaborators at work and...in bed. Still does.

lol. Yes. I’ve noticed that Madonna embraces all cultures. That’s another reason I loved her she much. But, I NEVER heard of this song. I really don’t understand how I missed it? I at least have recognized every Madonna she released. However, that harmony and performance was EVERYTHING,💯❤️

You should check some old unreleased songs she made when she wasn't famous yet recorded between '79 and 81 in NYC: Shake your head, Stay, Ain't no big deal...I don't get why those good catchy songs never appeared later on her records. Anyway. I let you check that and you can come back to me to tell me your opinions about those tracks.

Stay was on her Like A Virgin album and Ain’t No Big Deal was the b-side on her True Blue single. I bought the single when it was released and preferred the b-side.

She is. And her rendition of the theme song of the film Evita was fine but the movie in itself was boring and zero like many of the films she was in. Sorry not sorry. Not hating just saying. To me, she's not a actress, but a great performer and a bright mind who surrounded herself with the best of the best in the industry to create this very good discography. THAT is her legacy. Very ambitious.

I genuinely think that the Queen of Pop of this 21st century is Lady Gaga. Have you seen her performance at the Grammys with Bruno Mars sunday ? This woman is just pure excellence. The woman can deliver : The dance, the looks, the vocals, the stage presence. She has IT ! She gave so many good performances over the years. She's just one of the greatest songwriters and musicians of our time and she deserves more reaction videos on your channel. Same goes with her pals Beyonce and Bruno Mars. Gaga is the most complete & versatile artist right now. You should give her more exposure.❤ Have a good day !

That’s a really interesting comparison. I mean. I see it. In the terms of full package and impact. I get it with Gaga. To be honest. I literally love all 3 Beyoncé, Gaga and Bruno. You know what? Only 22, 23 years old not more than that and already just monumental. A legend in the making. Now a certifhed legend ! If you can find this gem, it would be amazing.

They call Madonna the Queen of Pop because she has sold more records worldwide than any other female. The same with Michael Jackson. He is the King of Pop because he has sold more records than any other male solo artist worldwide.

I am aware that you said the 21st century, but just wanted to clarify that Madonna is still called the Queen of Pop because she has sold the most records worldwide than any other female artist. Until another female sells more records than her then she will continue to be called that. Maybe one day Lady Gaga will pass her, but at this point she's not even close.

@jamesr2164 It's not much about records sales anymore cause the music industry has changed. We are in a new era where your popularity and success depends mostly on tours, streamings and the number of views on youtube about your last music video, criticism about your last record, the number of subscribers on youtube and others social medias and here Gaga wins. So for this very reason, it's not fair to compare the records sales between these two big artists cause people don't really buy music anymore...but Gaga, the Great sold still A LOT of records since day 1 and to this day, she would be not far from 324 000 000 records sold worldwide in almost 20 years of career what is just huge. Gaga, Beyoncé or Taylor Swift certainly will surpass madonna one day. Gaga speaks to the young generation. She is their voice. So it's just to call her the Queen of Pop of this century. In 2011, Rolling Stones magazine gave her this title...it's well for a reason. She is also a great performer who deserves more credit for the fact that she is self-taught in many ways musically for sure which is not the case of madonna.
