the thing about Madonna, and i have been a fan for many decades [my pronouns are now old/b*tch] is.. she is bigger than the silly feud w/ Gaga, no matter how iconic Gaga continues to become. BUT. and this is but bigger than any but before it. Madonna has-to remain relevant in the music industry, as she has her entire career. so her status and prestige might be bigger than snickering about Lady Gaga on British TV, but her brand behaves as if it requires this friction w/ Gaga to hold onto whatever semblance of 'power' she has in the industry, at this current time, up AGAINST all the other talents currently rising into neo stars.
