Can't believe this was a 2012 half time show - so long ago and yet still so current and relevant. Madonna set the bar so high that subsequent performances by many other talented artists paled by comparison. In the brief 15mins, there was style, fashion, memories and most of all a glimpse into her music catalog - that is both extensiive and varied. To have to condense it into a 15mins performance is a tall order. Madonna being Madonna - she delivered it with a BLAST. Ever the consummate performer who strives for the best each time. Salut !!

Superbowl halftime shows where not great until Madonna stepped in she raised expectations. After this other artist started to be more like Madonna in a way where she puts on a good show.

I'm not a Madonna fan, but she's done a finer job that Maroon 5 by far. Halftime shows are usually for actual football fans a time to eat and piss anyway. But Madonna did good.
