I may be way off, but I presume all of her recent 'patients' are from a modelling or acting agency, because I believe that's what ASMR August does (although she then became good friends with Lucy, which is why she's in most of her videos), so my guess is Mad thought this a good way to find people to hire for her videos. Plus it helps that they're all also really good looking
