Hi Steffi sissy, i'm living in Dubai with my Fiance now. I really dnt know to cook at all but i started learning for my Fiance here. My sister from India referred your youtube channel page for learning. I started watching ur videos and much inspired by the way you cook and expalin and the way u keep your kitchen, those utensils you use each and everything amde me to watch all your videos and i feel comfortable whn i'm cooking bcz u use to give the correct measurements so i dnt get confused at all. i have not seen all your videos, i just saw nearly 7-8 and i tried 5 of them. Hi Steffi. I really loved this video. It is very informative for me as I have recently moved abroad. I have to admit I hate the non stick pans for dosa and miss the dosa kallu at home. Can I use the pan u showed for rotis for making dosa as well? What is ur advice on that?

+Aarti Chella thank you so much for sharing your comments Aarthi. 100% I agree cast iron pans are the best for making chapathi and dosa. I have a separate pans for chapathi and dosa, small pan for chapathi and big one for dosa. (I would recommend using separate pans Aarti)

Hi dear. This is my first comment for. You are lovely. No words to explain. I am a vegetarian but my hubby and children like to have non-veg. I know to prepare only chicken gravy. During this lockdown Steffi is my guru I started preparing mutton chukka, mutton briyani & cheytinad chicken gravy. A very important thing I learnt from you dear your patience with Alantra I really really admired that.
