In this video we will see how to make Caramel candy recipe in Tamil. Based on the consistency (duration of cooking) we can make anywhere from caramilk (soft caramel) to Lactoking (hard caramel). I have used honey for the source of invert sugar but if you have access to corn syrup or glucose syrup, those can be used in the recipe as well.

2 tbsp Honey or corn syrup
1 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Milkmaid/Condensed milk
