I’m a Sharonian for 30 years now. I’ve cut classes in HS just to be able to watch her new films. Direk Olive did a great job with Sharon- she was Mariel here and not Sharon the megastar. That’s why she won those awards and rightfully so! Another thing I appreciate about this film is that they picked the right people- from Nadia down to Vangie. Everyone was effective in their roles and memorable too!

I`ve seen this beautiful masterpiece countless times that for some reason watching this full upload on KZbin finally is long overdue. I love that they made movies like this in the 90s..not like now where the box office earnings are on top of mind of producers so you only get shallow romcoms, cheap sensual movies. The plot of this movie is very limiting to only mature people on their second marriages..not to young lovers..so doubly glad it became a grand slam multi-awarded movie.
