They got burned by backing ETH. As a club, we should have a footballing plan that all managers have to follow. We have made the same mistake as before when we hired different types of managers who require certain players that don't work for the next incoming manager. I think Amorin is the right choice as a personality, not sure about the system. We need new players, but the results are so shaky that he could get the bullet. Not backing him, probably shows what they are thinking... I would love new owners, no debt, but that's not our reality, sad times continue.

The fact that they are extending Maguires contract for another year tells us all we need to know, not that Maguire has been playing terrible but we already know its the end for these players so why are we wasting yet more money on players who are only going to get worse. Adam The biggest problem is deferring the fee, like you said we should do with the money from selling Garnacho. If you spread the fees over multiple seasons then you have to pay that amount every season. We bought Casimero for 70 million, the contract was for four years , thats 17.5 million per year under the psr rules. With 2 years left theres 35million left to pay. Thats why united are asking for 30 millions as that will make us break even on the deal, we can't afford a loss in psr as it comes off the allowance straight away so we would be in debt. By the summer it will be 1 year left so he could go for 17.5 million.

I think Ruben needs to buy the right players on the market. We can't afford to make a mistake in a purchase. Finally, it makes no sense to sell Garnacho, some of you will say that it is pure profit, but it is not our mentality as a club to sell youth players with infinite potential. I think he has had ups and downs in performance, but we can forgive him for that, he is still a very young boy and can improve a lot under the guidance of Ruben Amorim. Then everyone lives in their life the best moments and the worst moments. Are you so sure of what you are saying? Also we have no wingers, we only have Amad, Garnacho available as offensive wingers and therefore it would make no sense to get rid of them. Since Antony is leaving and Rashford is never on the pitch, Garnacho is absolutely to be kept. Then tonight he had an excellent performance, probably the MOTM for attitude and creativity, therefore, we must give time to see its fruits.
