It is always a pleasure to introduce new people to the magic of Madrugada! I am Norwegian myself and when I play it for my friends from other countries they all go "why the hell haven't I heard this before???" I saw them live this summer (for the first time, because I have lived a long time in Altea, Spain) and it was truly amazing. Sivert's voice is like no one elses and the band can really rock -both on record and live!

Never ever heard this song till my uncle played it? We from South Africa and when I met my wife we both fell in love with this song. So this was our wedding song and everybody at the wedding loved it!!! Great song and it gives u a happy feeling. 👍👍👍👍

Don't know if it means anything extremely special or interesting,I checked it out and in English it means hibernate or overwintering, and in Spanish it's both a verb and a noun,"Temprano en la mañana' or "Temprano en la Madrugada" (morning,dawn,early morning,dawning),but besides this its mostly known as the name of one of Norway's best singer/songwriters/musicmakers.sadly they don't perform together anymore,Sivert Høyem has gone solo with less success.but you should really check out the albums "Industrial Silence" and "The Nightly Disease (in this order),from their absolute prime time!! Absolutely worth some time listening to!!So there you go😉
