RandiShalon exactly, it is kind of counter productive, the main reason people cant sleep is because they do nothing to create a healthy schedule. You should be going to bed around the same time, not looking at a screen. Stretching helps to relax the body and clearing the mind so videos aren’t necessarily good to watch. Some headphones even just create discomfort but im sure it can help in some cases.
