As per my Experience ICF coaches are more relaxing & spacious than LHB coaches but lacking in speed & safety majors ; Recent Cyclone done major damages to the Eastern Coastal line of India...Big Wind mills midst of Green Paddy fields looks superb.

Sir please travel in Kacheguda Vasco-da-gama express where some coaches attached to Kacheguda Yelankha Express are detached from it in Guntakal and then they are attached to Amaravati Express which goes to Vasco-da-gama . It is a link train where coaches attached to one train in first are removed and added to another train .
