I didn't knew that Madusa (Miceli)/Alundra Blayze had once faced Wendi Richter. (Mickie had talked about this story already. Richter was the victim of the original (Montreal) screwjob herself by the Spider Lady, at New York's famous Madison Square Garden arena ("MSG," "The Garden"/"The Mecca") in November 1985. The Spider Lady turned out to be the legendary Fabulous Moolah: the Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels story had occurred at a Survivor Series PPV on November 1997, 12 years later ! (Of course, Wendi Richter was a part of the Rock N; Wrestling Connection, back in the 1980's with Cyndi Lauper, MTV and wrestling manager/actor, Captain Lou Albano (the WrestleMania I PPV: March 1985; "The Goonies R Good Enough" video had several WWF (not WWE) wrestlers in it;.) The match took place in Verne Gagne's (mid-west regional territory promotion/organization), the AWA. There is a video clip by a "Brian Bankston" on youtube; the date was: November 1988). The match was 10 minutes and 42 seconds long. I haven't watched it yet. Just sayin' . That's a nice poster of the Cauliflower Alley Club ! The Glamour Girls (Judy Martin and Leilani Kai) (who were managed by music composer Jimmy "Mouth of the South" Hart) and the Jumping Bomb Angels (from Japan) both belong in a pro wrestling Hall of Fame, it is long overdue; they all deserve their flowers already, imo.

As a female fan, Medusa putting the belt into the trash can was so reflective of what the actual company did to the entire women's division. It's incredibly frustrating how people say it was so disrespectful and completely ignore what led to her being able to do so. I mean they thought so little of the ladies that they forgot about the belt entirey...until it was on the rival screen. BS

Stupid autocorrect. I spelled Madusa correctly and they changed it

are pro wrestlers still called this ?: "independent contractors" ?!?!; Jesse "The Body/ex-Governor (of Minnesota)" Ventura was right, though: wrestlers NEED: a decent medical plan (companies to choose from, like Medicaid or Medicare), a health savings account (HSA), emergency family leave, maternity leave (for pregnant / expectant mothers), a pension (401K) plan (with the company matching 8%(?) contributions).
