Hey! Yes, they are from annie plans printables! She has instructions how to print when you purchase the inserts, but basically you just print them, cut them, and fold there the flap will be!

As for the paperclip, it was given to me in happy mail so I'm not sure EXACTLY where it is from, but it you search ice cream paperclip on etsy a bunch of cute ones will come up!!

All pen loops should be elastic because I came across the too big ones and my pens wouldn't fit, they were too small.
