If he's eating once a day for intermittent fasting and he's exercising - there's nothing wrong with eating all protein and vegetables. His mom added about 1/2 a cup of fat free mozzarella and he left most of it in the pan. The total calories that he consumed were probably 800-1200 calories. When you're only eating once a day - and exercising, that's still a caloric deficit. I made cheesy delicious meals all the time that were fairly low calorie and low carb. Some people just don't understand the process of calorie counting. I've dating many bodybuilders - Cooked for them. This is not as many calories as people think.

This family and any other are ready for it you will never have the perfect 1 that only gets positive feedback. Don't read everyone else's comments . It's obviously annoying you.
