If he's eating once a day for intermittent fasting and he's exercising - there's nothing wrong with eating all protein and vegetables. His mom added about 1/2 a cup of fat free mozzarella and he left most of it in the pan. The total calories that he consumed were probably 800-1200 calories. When you're only eating once a day - and exercising, that's still a caloric deficit. I made cheesy delicious meals all the time that were fairly low calorie and low carb. Some people just don't understand the process of calorie counting. I've dating many bodybuilders - Cooked for them. This is not as many calories as people think.

For them, they made sure their kid/s move out as soon as they turned 18. If they are still living with their parents or their parents’ basement, they have to pay rent.
