I have tried my best to be accurate but please correct me if I am wrong. Maej Sharikaiye kar daya, Var daya hi bhawani, Kar dayaye hunzya me drishti, Sui chum badh meherbani Meaning : Mata Sharika, have mercy on me. O Goddess please have some symphaty on me Please put a look at me with pity and compassion, Even that would be a big favour for me Asya haye aametya che nisha yor, Karma khur bhaawani Matyai vach-tai karmas kun, Majaiye Matyai vach-tai karmas kun, Sarai chei pashemani Meaning : We have come to you O goddess, because of the problems created by our Karma (deeds) Please don't look at our Karma and our deeds, They are all Ruefull Kautam Rozye yun tai gasun, Kautam Rozye Kreshun vadun, (laalsa) Taar diwaan saarni che chak Asya te roz Taraini Meaning : Till when will this cycle of Life and Death go on (Yun = come/coming, Gasun = go/Going) Till when will we have all these desires and crying (Kreshun = to long for something, Vadun = Crying) You are the one who ferries everyone across this sea (Bhav sagar, repesenting the cycle of life and death) Please keep ferrying us as well Ausha vassaan daryi darye, Maej Bawani havyi darshun, Keh nahi chum tagaan bozun, Maijayi keh nahi chas be jaaneni Meaning : My Tears are falling down in streams, O Mata Bhawaani, please show me your true form and give me your Darshan, I don't know how to listen to anything, O Mother, I don't know anything at all. Leela,or Lila is,a k.Sheivist tradition and means a play of consciousness .Play that is the activity of our nature ,inner self ,essentially female energy innate in Shakti cult .
