Maestro Fuzz-Tone FZ1B fix / restoration

This FZ1B came to me not working but very complete. only missing the input lead. Heres the full restoration of it.

A treat to see you work with a soldering iron. I wondered at the beginning whether you were going to take it to bits and put it back together without the circuit board, like one of your own pedals.

Not quite ... this was the third FZ version .. around 1970

Haha first I got confused because I discovered there was an fz1 and an fz1a, then found out there was an fz1b, and now I learn there were 2 different fz1b's. The Original 3V fz-1 is my favourite from the demos I've heard

Out of curiosity, since you drilled a new hole for the input, why didn't you move it to the right side?
