Thanks, man! I have to say LOOKS wise I like this better than the SOC. It has a fantastic aesthetic, but man it’s got too many problems that I felt like were obviously going to be there based on their design decisions.oh well.

Thank you for the review God mafex needs to step up their QC. Everything else from sculpt to articulation tends to be great, but holy hell the quality is a gamble...

Thank you so much for this. I was getting tempted because I was thinking again how a figuarts-style Tetsujin would rule, but the price on MAFEX is so steep, I don't wanna go in blind, and man, these issues are the kind of thing where if it was like, half the price, it wouldn't be that bad, but at over 100 dollars, I shouldn't be sitting here thinking how I would have to tighten those knee joints or reglue the hand sockets or file down the pegs on the flame effects. Would much rather bite the bullet and get the SOC or the old Miracle Action Figure off Mandarake (both are cheaper!) and hope Bandai gives us the nice, super-poseable Tetsujin we need. Super Minipla maybe?

Great review, shitty quality control.I was thinking of buying one,but now I don't know.....this is why we have review channels like this, so consumers like us don't have these issues. Honestly I would submit this video review to the folks at Mafex to refund or replace your figure and fix the issues future reissues. Good luck,great review.
