I love your Ken, but I’m gonna disagree with you on this. It’s a rerelease, they wouldn’t create an entirely new sculpt for a 1.5 version, plus it was made so that collectors could actually get the figure considering the first version was sold out when it first released

I would welcome what’s essentially a rerelease if they at least kept the white eyes and just added the blue eyes and kill mode red as additional heads. The eyes are literally the only thing that’s keeping me from wanting to buy this. I’d track down the previous release but I’m assuming like many MAFEX figures, the secondary market prices are ridiculous. Awesome review!

The Mafex Iron Spider is a lot of fun with the magnets & I love sticking on the fridge in different poses but I think I'll go SHF this time. Manipple has a pretty good head sculpt for it & the guantlet is poseable. That one goes with the rest of the Endgame Avengers. Now to find a thin sheet of metal to mount on the wall for the Mafex one....

Sculpt on the waldos probably got worse due to mold degradation, though I have heard these waldos are nowhere near as fragile as the old ones

Are the new waldos (spider arms) stronger than the Infinity War version? Lots of people had issues, so it could be a reason to buy this one.

I have a question, how did the legs feel?. Because I don't know if I Will Buy a Mafex Endgame version or Bandai Endgame version. Do you have problems with tour legs. Do you feel that the legs are very delicated or not?

He did a comparizon of the Shf endgame one vs the Mafex Infinity War one. And since he basically said this one and the other Mafex one are the same i would guess that his choice would still be the Shf Endgame one. Kind of sad since Mafex beat Shf both with the Homecoming and the Infinity War Spider-Man figures, kinda thought they had Spidey down.

so basically the infinity war one is crappier, good the non written laws of action figures works Every second version repaint without resculpting is always worse can do some examples -this one -mafex homecoming spiderman - almost every sh figuarts repaints since they do not reprint accessories of the previous versions like the vegeta premium color the one that didn't have much shadings as the previous release - marvel legends retro card spiderman he was just the pizza spiderman with half off the accessories and inaccurate paint job but the price is still the same price ewww - marvel legends venom They used another head that actually looks worse the body already sucked and didn't change it even a bit - marvel legends ultimate spiderman 2 pack this one is not too shabby but honestly we still missing all the spiderman accessories plus the teen peter parker head from the previous release - marvel legends jean grey, wolverine love triangle triple pack one of the heads on jean were just ok the other one sucked the wolverine skin tone was bad and they gave us a head that looks like shit instead of giving us one of the classic heads or some other head - marvel legeds BAF kingpin that was just an inaccurate recolor no scarf also was messed up in quality eww - almost every jakks pacific sonic figures - jazwares wicked cool toys dirty master chief

It really isn't necessary. He compared the Shf endgame one with the first Mafex figure, and he said here that this Mafex Endgame is not an improvement over that one. So Shf won Round 2 and Mafex didn't bother to train for round 3 so the judge just threw Mafex out and Shf win by default.

I just got this guy for the infinity gauntlet and kill mode head sculpt . I still have my infinity war version from 2019 So good news I have a spare now but other than that it’s just a repaint and new waldos are much better and less brittle this time around. But..... that all being said I still think the look and feel of the Mafex iron Spider is still the definitive version and better then the SHF

i’ve been looking into buying this and since you have it, is there anything wrong with it? like the waldos or anything you’ve noticed? i’m just afraid of buying it and then it breaking easily like i have been seeing

@@barryallen5910 He’s great everything is perfect and this version waldos work way better and no QC issues at all. I would say definitely get the Mafex Iron-Spider. U will love it.
