The whole mould is different to the Infinity War version, not just the stomach area. The chest is a lot wider and noticeable if you attach it to the Infinity War torso. And the arms and legs are thicker. Watch the movie and you can see the tight suit hides his overweight shape apart from his stomach. It's a lot more accurate than the SHF and ML in my opinion.

Not too bad imo. I prefer the SHF Avengers Assemble Thor in terms of face likeness quality & much better looking armor overall imo. That's the one that's going in my Avengers display. Thanks for another great & detailed review as much appreciated.

I think my Avengers Assemble Thor's 2 heads look like a homeless drunk and the ugly ball joints for elbows ruin the sculpt and he looks too skinny overall. The regular and spinning Mjolnirs with the figure are much better than the Mafex EG Cap and Thor though.

Idk, my copy looks pretty much like Hemsworth & it's a close call between the Avengers Assemble & SHF Thor Ragnarok for best 1:12 scale Thor face likeness imo. The elbow ball joints don't bother me at all & the sculpt is great for a MCU Thor imo. Opinions vary...

@@cookedit Idk as don't have that one as not a fan of Thor's look in Endgame & I've heard the hair color is too much gold & face looks too wide. Don't have any Manipple heads currently as I've picked up several (IW Dr. Strange, JL Supes & EG Cap.) but sold them all as likenesses not that great imo.

@@DCSG81 The likeness is there in the Avengers Assemble version. I think it is the squinty eyes and overall expression that I don't like. But I can see why other people think it is the best.

Such a great figure. My only gripe is that there’s no wire at the bottom of the cape. Still love it tho.

Yeah. Yet their recent Homelander does have a wire running at the bottom. That, the slightly loose arms and the hands not able to hold the Stormbreakers tightly are the only other minus points.

Mafex Boss I enjoyed the review, but I just can't bring myself to purchasing a fat thor 🤮 they needed to make him fit and slim again before the end of Endgame 🤨 ...maybe the new thor will be better

I have done it on mine and the EG is too wide in the chest and stomach compared to the IW version and looks out of proportion. A head swap from the EG to IW looks better.
