True but there's mods to fix that. Which I got a realism mod that makes enemies instantly get alerted and start searching for you once they see and hear NPCs running and and screaming. It's a great mod

Don’t worry bro. In the release the game has empty world, repetitve, full of bugs and glitches, only patching during the time fix the game. The gunplay is amazing, i Don’t doubt they use the gunplay in mafia remake.
