Doesn't matter it's kind of bait for nurse to reveal that way mafia would target her. They wouldn't kill innocent and waste a turn trying to kill nurse thus they would confirm she's nurse and one less person for the mafia to be. Although mafia could think nurse would just try to save themselves so instead of targeting they could target someone else knowing they wont get healed as nurse will heal herself, reducing the number of innocents.
