They wouldn't kill innocent and waste a turn trying to kill nurse thus they would confirm she's nurse and one less person for the mafia to be. A lot of people dont mind the damn hard production of these videos and how time consuming it is. What matters is having fun and doing what you like to do. Josh had the perfect opportunity after Brandon died. He could've killed Tiffany (leaving less people for votes) and not Joe (Josh should have known Joe would save himself) so there's no point in trying to kill Joe again. Then right after they wake up and figure out who's killed (Tiff), say Julia is mafia. The reasoning could have been that Julia immediately backed up Geo on why she thought Brandon was Mafia in the first round. Geo's reasoning on why she thought Brandon was Mafia was really good, which made Julia believe Brandon would for sure get killed. (So Julia, as a good Mafia player, would sacrifice Brandon). Joe might have bought that and voted for Julia and Mafia would win.
