Just for your reference, please eat all hot cooked food, not fruits, just rice with more and more ghee . Add some pepper, lavang, to your diet, make a powder and keep . The body temperature should be maintained hot until the uterus goes back to its position as my mom used to say. Nothing to eat that brings the body temperature down. Hope you dont mind.

Hello. I'm from Canada. Congratulations 🎊 each baby and mother is different. I have a 2 yr old too and the only advice to you guys is to hold the baby in a right way which doesn't strain the baby's spine. Baby's spine wont be fully developed and hence avoid holding her straight up except while doing skin to skin. Ensure the baby is lying on her back majority of the time. Once she strarts rolling over, it'd be ok cos thats a natural milestone.
