Mrs. Chithira Ceylon curry we were vegetarian when I was born we had made curry on Saturdays when we were taking oil bath thuvaram paruppu varai ( poriyal ) Katharikai and valakai little bit chilli powder muciyal venthayakulampu and when you boiled the paruppu that water with rasam means that water onion green chilli karuvapam leaves tamarin chilli powder mix( good spices) (Ceylon chilli powder we mix everything together) and boiled it take it off so good combination try it

It is called decalepis hamiltonii in botany and more commonly called the swallow root. It is indigenous to peninsular india. Please look it up in wikipedia.
