Mrs. Chithira Ceylon curry we were vegetarian when I was born we had made curry on Saturdays when we were taking oil bath thuvaram paruppu varai ( poriyal ) Katharikai and valakai little bit chilli powder muciyal venthayakulampu and when you boiled the paruppu that water with rasam means that water onion green chilli karuvapam leaves tamarin chilli powder mix( good spices) (Ceylon chilli powder we mix everything together) and boiled it take it off so good combination try it

nice mam is the root available now , we usually make it with only lime ,salt and chilly and add curd while serving.

Hello, I have understood the ingredients you have used but all the instructions you gave later is just so difficult to understand. How do we store this pickle? Do we keep it out in the sun? Or do we have to refrigerate it? And after how many days/months will it be ready to serve?

I love veggie recipes, wish I could migrate back to TN, somewhere in the South Part, my family don't want to. In AP, they roast a root veg, like this, wondering if it's the same. It is called decalepis hamiltonii in botany and more commonly called the swallow root. It is indigenous to peninsular india. Please look it up in wikipedia.
