How do you roll the strawberries into the toppings without the chocolate smearing everywhere?

How do you keep the strawberries from leaking out especially if you ship them

When i try dipping it in chocolate, many times the strawberry slides of the stick and falls into the chocolate bowl which becomes a mess or when i hold the leaves, the leaves break off. Is there a trick cause it seems you have full control over it

​@@yancymelara6746definitely in the fridge if u don't eat them all. Wrapped up with tin foil or sran wrap, or put in a different air tight container. But they will leak a bit won't change the flavor tho 😊
