Peace brother your work is awesome...question what if ur going a outside night event and u don't have no ceilings or walls to bounce off will that diffuser that ur using work????actually what brand of diffuser is that

You should talk about de f stop at the lens ... It's verry important to use , in a club , an f 1.8 or 2.8 or 1.4 lens , in low light conditions and you can take some portait shoots with a nice blurry background effect ! Bokeh :D And ISO ... Great Vlog's btw , I watched some of them ... I also do night club photography and deejaying ... And I always like to learn new stuff !

Hey, great videos, but had a question. With so much lights going on in the night club is it difficult to get one of your shots right the first time?

Why you don't use a softbox, like 40x40 - you'll get a separate object from your backround, and much better skin tone. And you do not depend on the color and height of the ceiling. Like this - ppz.kz/gallery/view/5241 or this ppz.kz/gallery/view/5285 PS: sorry for my English )

+Lion Kung thanks for checking out this episode. In answer to your question, the 40x40 adds way too much size to the flash and isn't convenient for the style of photography I do in busy clubs. I want my images to look like they come from a club and not that studio feel I get from the Gary Fong or 40x40 diffuser.

Ok so this is a very noobish question but here goes. This looks like a fun way to make money on the weekends but how exactly do you make the money? Are the clubs paying you directly or are you uploading to an online gallery to sell to customers at the club?
@ClubPhotographer8 жыл бұрын
+lionhart digital film don't worry, that's a perfectly valid question. I'm working on an episode in season two that will go into this in lots of detail. For now let me give this quick answer; several clubs pay me as their resident photographer and I also work for an agency which sends me to cover nights. I'll explain 5 different ways you can work as a nightlife photographer in a future episode but the two I've just stated are the main two for me. Thanks for checking out the channel! :)

+The Nightclub Photography Show Exactly what I was wondering about. Did you get paid enough to cover your stay over there?
@ClubPhotographer8 жыл бұрын
Yes, I did but I did work everyday to make it work. Thanks again
