What was the date and time of this vid please, great video footage however the resort looks dead. I've been going beginning of October for over 25 years and this is the first time I haven't bothered, I've been going in the summer since 1986. The place is too expensive now, tourist tax, price of drinks are ridiculous the resort going upmarket will kill the resort I have seen this happen before all the bars put the prices up and the resort died the following year. Used to be a big gang of us meet up at the first week of October but not anymore it has dwindled over the last few years. The piano bar used to get so packed out at 5pm you had to stand in the street again not anymore. I have just got back from Benidorm 28/09/24 to 05/10/24 and I couldn't believe how full the resort was day and night, infact we struggled to get seats it was that packed out and maybe a bit to manic but what an atmosphere, I didn't want to come home, the drinks are half the price of Magaluf, its the way Magaluf used to be. I can understand why the bars have been forced to stop cheap drinks etc but its not good for the local businesses, I know because I know them and they have told me they are struggling to make a living now, ask them see what the answer is. I didn't miss Magaluf one bit this year but I do miss the way Magaluf used to be. RIP Magaluf
