After the deadly attack at the Christmas market in Magdeburg, the number of dead has risen to four. According to information from security circles, 41 people were also seriously injured. The “Bild” newspaper and other media reported a total of more than 200 injured.
A Saudi Arabian insider told Reuters that the kingdom had warned German authorities about the attacker. The attacker posted extremist views on his personal X-account. The Saudi Arabian Foreign Ministry condemned the attack.
