Why Blast Wave instead of Ice Barrier? Build looks fun but objectively worse in most PvP situations then just being full Frost w/ Ignite. Maybe you can explain?

It looks really cool in the video, but I don't think a build that uses 0/24/27 is a smart build. Beginners are better off using ice barrier for pvp and not following this build. living bomb + living flame + deep freeze + frozen orb then ice block 10sec for watching your foes dies while you are invincible. that's the easiest way to win
