MAGGI AT IT'S BEST "VEG CHEESE SCHEZWAN MAGGI"
ONE OF THE BEST IN MUMBAI LOCATED MALAD WEST.....
ALL THE OFFICE PEOPLE NEAR MALAD MINDSPACE HAS A GREAT POINT OF ATTRACTION....
Chopped Onion and Capsicum is put in the boiling water in a Pan then Two Packets of MAGGI is added in the pan then Maggi Masala,Schezwan Chutney, Salt, Red Chilli Flakes, Chilli Sauce, Soya Sauce, Saffron Eating color is mixed and pan is closed for a while.
After a While Mayonnaise is added and mixed well.
Once the water is soaked in proper manner the maggi is served on the butter paper in a plate.
and as a final finish cheese is garnished over the plate and some chilli flakes are sprinkled

Let's breakdown the COP, This maggi pack of 4 is usually available at ₹44 at stores near me, considering that price of 2 would be ₹22 for Maggi, I'll consider rest of the ingredients price to be ₹28-38 max including spices, veggies, cream and cheese, gas..So it sums up to ₹50-60 COP.. Charging ₹180 for the same is not appreciable considering the fact that he's a street vendor I know everyone will bash me saying that he's poor, inflation, he has to pay "Hafta" to police etc but still is insane.

Also, this maggi won't taste good for sure as the vegetables are not fried at all. For best maggi try the below and let me know.. First fry the vegetables and onion with a little oil. When they are are cooked well (If you have added more vegetables like carrot, peas then add a little water and salt and spices and cover the lid for it tobe cooked. Once the vegetables are cooked, add water in it and then add maggi and its masala and stir it. Keep one pack of masala for the end. When the maggi is about to be ready, add the last pack of masala and voila your yummy maggi is ready. Keep the maggi juicy for real taste. Do not dry all the water. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Not sure if you’re being sarcastic. But that is an actual culinary skill. You’re supposed to keep your knife hand close to your body so that it doesn’t move while you chop. That way you get consistent knife strokes and are less likely to slip and cut yourself.

For all those who said he put masala packets in there (by mistake) : probably the masala packets were in the lower half of the maggie packet. Look carefully he held on to the lower half when he put the noodle cake in the pan. And bout the masala, he got it stored in the white dabba which he added later.
