Brilliantly made short film with good performances!

Well acted and a great story.

Great film, but the fact that there are no official subtitles sucks. The auto-generated ones are a bit inaccurate.

The auto-generated subs also suck.

Trish was not a good friend.

Not sure how you conclude that. Maggie was acting psychotic. And she let her stay overnight w/o notice. Given the info she had, i.e. that Maggie seemed to be delusional, she actually was very kind.

I also think it's a harsh judgment on Trish. She may not be her very best friend, but she showed more than enough compassion and care to be considered a real friend.

Hadn't seen this one before. Pretty good, until the expected ending.

Good dialogue, acting, camera. But. Way way too much set up for the 14:00 jumpscare.

since, scientifically speaking, matter/time/space should not exist (see: ultimate origins problem), it is entirely "possible" that, if one's inner psychic demons were sufficiently intense, they could indeed materialize and kill you. So: a pretty good short w an OK ending.

Maybe metaphor for mental illness/disorder.

The ending is way too cheap for such a subtle psychological set-up.

At one point when they’re on the couch Maggie calls her friend by the name “Rachel”, I’m not sure if that was intentional or just something missed during post-production?

Stop using the slur crazy. Suffering from mental illness or disorders makes someone ill or unwell which she probably was, and that's not funny.

The actress that played Maggie aced the over needy, wildly neurotic, boundary ignoring, anxiety riddled friend that seems to be in every female friend group on the planet.❤ I havent loved to hate someone this much since Joffrey Baratheon from Game of Thrones 😂
@jasmineflootman95743 ай бұрын
Ouch. I've been thru a couple menta health episodes and really related with Maggie. It sucks to feel like everyone hates you because you're going thru it, even worse to see it validated like that.

Very good... until the abrupt shlock ending. All the effort you put in, the suspense you created, the fine acting deserved so much more than that. And, for pity's sake, get your lead actress into make-up next time.
@YouTubeallowedmynametobestolen2 ай бұрын
"get your lead actress into make-up next time." Huh? I thought she looked perfect. Perfectly natural. Do you find natural female beauty off-putting?
@emcooper30312 ай бұрын
Actually someone going through extreme psychological stress doesn't usually give a damn about makeup- and believe it or not, many women don't wear it. And too many films have actresses wear a full face of perfect makeup in spite of dire circumstances during which makeup would be messed up or sweated off. This short did things right.

@@emcooper3031 Professional make-up is invisible to the untrained eye of the audience. You're either talking about make-up that is intentionally obvious or poorly applied.
