The judge is Duncan Watson, a previous gold medal winner in piping at the Braemar Gathering. John McDonald is a piper from Aberdeen who was a pupil of Duncan Watson and competes in the open piping competitions in the Grampian Games circuit.

You can do it! Just get a timer that will start playing this recording after you fall asleep. Let it play for 6 hours per night for six months and you be fully as good as he is without even touching a practice chanter. IMPORTANT…..if you snore, have your wife adjust your chin position so you tune with the tenor drones. Don’t have a wife? Get one. They are costly but worth it. Every man needs a set of pipes and at least one wife.
