Maggie May - Rod Stewart Cover by Andy Claridge - Full Band Production

Here’s a very quickly put together cover of “Maggie May” by Rod Stewart. Bit of a ‘make it up as you go along’ effort, not trying to replicate the original in any detail. Stupidly I didn’t press record on the first guitar solo - or the ‘drums’, so the video is a little lacking I’m afraid. I had to drop the song 5 keys to be able to sing it and I still have about 0.001% of Rod’s vocal power or ability!! Would also definitely benefit from a mandolin, but I couldn’t play one even if I had one! Oh well, I did my best in a short space of time! And despite looking like I’m not enjoying doing it, I am, I’m just not very videogenic!
